Terms and Conditions

Longer Stay Offer available January - May and November - December (excluding Christmas and New Year period).

 

Spa access available from £25 per person for 2 hour access within 5pm-10pm and 7am-9am. (Available for adults only). For the avoidance of doubt, the resort credit can be used towards the purchase of spa access.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your chosen package, reservations must be cancelled by 12pm, 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of the full stay including tax.

Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received by the hotel.
