The role of a Food & Beverage Assistant will appeal to people who can perfect the act of communication. Good communication skills are essential to ensure that the food orders given to you by guests are given correctly to the team of chefs. Multi- tasking is key and this role will appeal to people who can work well under pressure and are able to deal with several events at the same time.
The role of the bartender is a discerning one and requires someone who can not only provide efficient, knowledgeable and professional service, they will have a genuine interest in guests and be able to build that infamous bartender – patron relationship.
The role of the Room Attendant is to perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms under supervision of our housekeeping supervisor. The Room Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
The role of the Conference and Banqueting Manager is one that requires lots of commitment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong leadership skills to drive our team to provide a consistently high level of service throughout our wedding, conferences, and events. The Conference and Banqueting Manager will have experience of both high volume and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
