Please note: Advance bookings only of a minimum 14 day period. Please enquire directly with our Imperia Spa if you wish to book this package within these 14 days. Treatment times are subject to availability. We strongly advise enquiring about treatment time availability with our Imperia Spa before booking as the treatment time slots on your preferred day may not be suitable or available. It is the customers responsibility to book their treatments with the spa in advance after booking this package and prior to arrival.

Please bring flip-flops to wear poolside, should you forget these, you can purchase a pair from us for £3.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your chosen package, we require 48 hours notice. Single treatment cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received by the hotel.
